Introduction

Welcome to Mumbai Corporate Apartment Pvt. Ltd.

Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our online and offline booking facilities for renting our service apartments, including full 3 BHK and 4 BHK apartments or single rooms.

By booking an apartment or room through our website or offline channels, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms. Please read them carefully.

Booking and Payment

1. Booking Confirmation:
   • All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation. Once you make a booking, you will receive a confirmation email or receipt detailing your booking information.
2. Payment Terms:
   • A deposit is required at the time of booking. The remaining balance is due upon check-in.
   • We accept payments via credit/debit cards, bank transfers, and other specified payment methods.
3. Cancellation Policy:
   • 72 Hours Before Check-In: Cancellations made 72 hours before the check-in date will receive a 100% refund.
   • 48 Hours Before Check-In: Cancellations made 48 hours before the check-in date will incur a 50% retention charge.
   • 24 Hours Before Check-In: Cancellations made 24 hours before the check-in date will incur a 100% retention charge.
4. No-Show Policy:
   • If you do not check in on the scheduled date without prior notice, the booking will be considered a no-show, and no refund will be provided.

Check-In and Check-Out

1. Check-In Time:
   • Check-in is from 12:00 PM onwards.
2. Check-Out Time:
   • Check-out is by 11:00 AM.
3. Early Check-In and Late Check-Out:
   • Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.

Guest Responsibilities

1. Identification:
   • All guests are required to present a valid government-issued ID at the time of check-in.
2. Occupancy:
   • The number of guests must not exceed the number specified in the booking confirmation.
3. Behavior:
   • Guests must conduct themselves in a manner respectful to other guests and neighbors. Excessive noise, parties, and disturbances are not permitted.
4. Damages:
   • Guests are responsible for any damages caused to the property or its contents during their stay.

Use of Facilities

1. Amenities:
   • Guests have access to all specified amenities in the booked apartment or room.
2. Maintenance:
   • Regular maintenance will be conducted, and we reserve the right to enter the apartment or room for necessary repairs or inspections.

Liability

1. Personal Belongings:
   • We are not responsible for any loss or damage to guests’ personal belongings during their stay.
2. Property Damage:
   • We are not liable for any damage to vehicles or personal property caused by natural disasters, theft, or other events beyond our control.

Privacy

1. Data Collection:
   • We collect personal information necessary for booking and providing our services. This information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Changes to Terms

1. Amendments:
   • We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Any changes will be posted on our website and will take effect immediately.

Governing Law

1. Jurisdiction:
   • These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these Terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Mumbai.
