Cancellation Policy
72 Hours Before Check-In: Cancellations made 72 hours before the check-in date will receive a 100% refund.
48 Hours Before Check-In: Cancellations made 48 hours before the check-in date will incur a 50% retention charge.
24 Hours Before Check-In: Cancellations made 24 hours before the check-in date will incur a 100% retention charge.
No-Show Policy: If a guest does not check in on the scheduled date without prior notice, the booking will be considered a no-show, and no refund will be provided.
Early Departure: If a guest decides to check out before the scheduled departure date, no refund will be provided for the unused nights.
Refund Policy
Processing Refunds: Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days from the date of cancellation. The refund amount will be credited back to the original payment method used during booking.
Refund Deductions: Any transaction fees or service charges incurred during the booking process will be deducted from the refund amount.
Special Offers and Non-Refundable Rates: Bookings made under special offers, promotions, or non-refundable rates are not eligible for any refunds. These bookings are final and cannot be modified or canceled.
Force Majeure: In the event of unforeseen circumstances such as natural disasters, political instability, or other force majeure events, we will assess the situation and may offer refunds or alternative booking options at our discretion.
Modification Policy
Changes to Booking: Guests may request modifications to their bookings (such as changing dates or room types) up to 15 days before the check-in date, subject to availability and any applicable rate differences. Modification requests made less than 15 days before the check-in date will be considered on a case-by-case basis and may incur additional charges.
Extended Stay: If you wish to extend your stay, please contact us as soon as possible. Extensions are subject to availability, and the current rates at the time of the extension request will apply.
